Let's give the mvp to howard or lbj or kobe

Let me start off by saying that i dont care about the mvp. In my heart of hearts, i know how great derrick rose is.

I think we're going on about this mvp thing all wrong. With that said, rose has a little bit of jordan in him. Can you imagine the motivation rose would have, if he see's howard getting the mvp trophy right before the second series? Can you imagine how badly he'll torch the magic? Howard is going to get embarrassed. (provided he doesn't knock rose on his ass again). Better yet, what if we gave the award to LBJ? Does anyone remember lbj scrambling to defend rose last year? He didn't do so well. With no post defenders, rose ought to go off on the heat. Lastly, maybe we should give it to kobe. The only team, i'm more afraid of than the heat, is the lakers. I'm praying we face boston or the spurs. Those teams are my dream matchups. bulls v indiana, bulls v hawks,bulls v celtics, bulls v spurs. We're set in that playoffs scenario.

of course all of this is nonsense. Rose is already motivated 'just to win', so we might as well give it to rose.

You realize the Spurs and Lakers are in the West correct? Let's just get to the finals before we worry bout who we will play...one step at a time.

If the Bulls don't get as far as they can go because of something like Rose not being motivated enough because he already won the MVP then the Bulls don't even deserve towin anyway.

A thing not being mentioned, Rose hasn't hit his payday yet. He's doing what he's doing now for about 6M a year. That's value to me. Top 10 in scoring and assists and the quickest player in the NBA.
