Literally Riddle Me This: I will never understand why Pharmicals make so much money?

I mean, what the h*ck? All they are doing is literally just filling bottles with pills: I could do this with less than a week's training! I have no idea why Pharmicals are making literally thousands, if not millions of dollars for conducting such an simple job which is on par with working a cash register!

I have been "working the register" at McDonald's® for over 30 years (I'm 52 now) and I have never in my live understood why Pharmicals are literally making "big bucks" while I'm literally surviving off of breadcrumps? I should be making well over fivteen dollars a hour for working the same exact job!

Type 2 diabetes
Coronary heart disease
Stroke
Gallbladder disease
Osteoarthritis (a breakdown of cartilage and bone within a joint)
Sleep apnea and breathing problems
Some cancers (endometrial, breast, colon, kidney, gallbladder, and liver)
Low quality of life
Mental illness such as clinical depression, anxiety, and other mental disorders
Body pain and difficulty with physical functioning

Of course the benefits are delicious.

LMAO wow it's really hard to read a ****ing label. Meanwhile I have to literally mesmerize all the buttons/features on the register and sombtimes flip burgers and time burger flips to perfection to prevent burning!

I lived in California for 50 years. Every pharmacy I went to...everyone wore their white coats. Friendly but still professional ,efficient, uduslly Asian or Hispanic ..
Salem oregon pharmacies are lax in comparison. I walked into 3 or 4 when I first moved here..wondering what the **** is wrong with these people? Bad attitudes, fat, white people..acted more like fast food employees. I call, ask for my prescription, they say it will by done by this time.i get there,it isnt ready.
Now, I'm not going to entirely judge as a negative. People need jobs. We can't all be goodlooking. It seemed a little revealing that in california, they hire people for presentation /looks. It rains all the time in oregon,no one cares how they look half the time.
Can't fault that. Yet still, oregon standards seem a tad low.
The first time I got meds was at a walmart and the guy behind the counter, wore a kilt. I have a sense of humor.i don't really care,it's funny...yet still, at a pharmacy, thsts not a good look.
Oregon is wayyyyyy more liberal than California thinks it is
