Me and the wife haven't played many games for quite a while, but we still have an old 360. We played/liked Skyrim, Oblivion, Red Dead Redemption... and I was hoping to pick up something similar with cold weather around the corner. We don't have Xbox Live so offline only and two player is preferred, but single player would work too. I saw the Fabled series and it looks like a possibility. Has anyone played Fabled, or have other suggestions?

Tried Dues Ex (I think at least), but didn't like it for some reason. I also forgot to mention that we both like games set in an older time in history instead of Sci Fi. I have all of the suggestions above pulled up in it's tab and I'm still going through reviews and ratings.

Lost Odyssey by most accounts is excellent. It's made by the original creator and director of the first ten Final Fantasy games, so that should tell you if it's something you might be interested in or not. I never finished it but I remember liking it quite a bit, I remember it looking excellent for its day.

I'm thinking about biting the bullet and pre-ordering the new South Park RPG on PS4 because it comes with the download key for the first one, The Stick of Truth. I bring that up because it was originally on 360 and PS3. That game can be had for $15 used at GameStop.

Thanks TUF. I forgot about Final Fantasy 360 and have never played but heard it was great. It's been years, but I tried FF on the original Xbox at a friends many years ago and loved it.

Thanks. We did play Borderlands and also I forgot we had Fable too.My wife checked all the games I listed above and is gravitating toward Lost Odyssey. I guess will pick up something tomorrow, might depend on what they have in stock, but probably LO if they have it. It's only single player though. Thanks for all of the ideas, we will probably try most of them at some point.

Tater, I never finished it.... but LA Noire was a fun game.... set in like 1950s LA.... it is singleplayer, but might be fun to play together.... it kinda plays like a movie.
