One of my coworkers succumbed to cancer today. She was late-40's...she was freaking awesome. It was her third bout w/ cancer.

Sometime's life's just not fair...and I'm a bit down in the dumps for it.

For those that do, Prayers please for her family especially.

that sucks man..i've had my fair share people i know having cancer or dying of it

i hope there's a cure found soon...

she is...I laughed about it a bit earlier...having the biggest party ever, in her honor...happy she's more comfortable...still sucks back here, tho.

Sorry to hear that man. I lost one of my grandma's to cancer.

Sorry to hear X. Theres a woman where I work that has I believe stage 4 cancer. Another that I use to joke with on dayshift years ago that also passed away to cancer. Hell, a good friend of mine at work had his Dad beat and lost to it. He worked there too so I met him. Its a cold hard reality check with cancer. But theyre definitely in a better place now, though thats never a real comfort when your left behind.
