Throughout the years I've been one of the few that kept supporting Deng. Always knew his ceiling was higher than everyone made it out to be. He's one of the most coachable players in the NBA and the benefit of his versatility can not be measured with stats.

Im really glad he's excelling because a lot of people wanted him off the books. As long as he keeps producing like this, his $ shouldn't be an issue. If he was playing like Bogans with that salary, then he wouldn't be good enough to warrant his own t-shirt design!

I am happy with Deng, though he still can't dribble. People on these forums were so down concerning his durability. He has played every game so far this season. Good for him.

I've been really pleased with how well Deng has played this season. And he's stayed healthy. I'd still like to see his minutes cut down a little, but hey, as long as he's healthy. Great job out there Luol, you're well deserving of that contract this year. Keep it up!

I did want to dump Deng in 08-09 when he was stinking it up, but it was probably the stress fracture that eventually ended his season causing him to play like crap. Other than that I like Deng, he maybe hasn't been the best value for money at times but most players who aren't superstars and aren't on rookie contracts tend to fall in that category.
