The last couple games Deng has played pretty well. At this point in the year, how do you feel about deng as our 3rd scoring option? I was listening to the TBJ, and they had scott carefoot from the raptor blog. In an argument for the Dwight Howard as mvp, Scott said that luol Deng is better than any player on the magic other than howard. Do you agree with that assessment?
I love Deng, and i agree that he's a more complete player than any member of the magic, but j-rich is a pretty good player on offense. If you look at deng's offensive numbers this year, 80% of deng's shots are assisted. To me that says deng is a good player, but his team/star is responsible for a lot of deng's offense. In essence, I don't think Deng is a better player than anyone on the magic( at least on one end of the floor), i think dwight howard needs to learn how to pass/create for his teammates.
