The NBA's top 2 rebounders go head-to-head.

Bulls look confident out there, and are playing with some real swag, but are still down. Lots of good cutting by the Bulls. The team looks a lot better with Derrick at the point than Kirk though. When Derrick was out of the game, the Bulls offense didn't look as deadly.

Derrick Rose, taking over on offense like he should. Keep it up D-Rose!

This would be a great win. I hope they can hold on.

Maybe it's a coincidence, but since starting Hinrich for Salmons both have played better.

Nice cross check there by Kirk. Chris Chelios would be proud.

"And Carter is hurt! Carter is hurt!"

Only Neil Funk would get excited by an injury.

Surely not even the Bulls can blow it from here.

I think the Kings score was somewhere around this at that point in the game.

But I don't see us losing this one.

Nice win, who is this point guard we've picked up mid way through the year who actually gets to the line? First career double digit FTA game for Rose. :)

4 game win streak. Held Howard to just 9pts & made him a non-factor for most of this game. This was a big win. This is the team I had been hoping to see all season. With the soft schedule we have this month & I think there's a very good chance we end the month above .500.

Great win! The Bulls have two tough games against the Magic and Thunder, and it's great that they got at least one.

Impressive win and even more impressive that rose is taking control of this team. If Kirk and Salmons can keep this type of play up for the rest of the year, we will be an interesting playoff team. Much like the hornets.

Rose is looking like we know he would.

I just think back to the 2 weeks of Brandon Jennings vs Derrick Rose talk on the forums. Funny stuff.

I think we can beat the Hawks in a playoff series if we get up to that 5th seed, but I would still probably favor the Hawks. But the Cavs, Celtics, and Magic would probably waste us pretty easily imo.

The celtics are the only unbeatable team to me. Its not likely we beat the cavs or magic or hawks but they are certainly beatable. The magic are too dependent on the three point shot, the cavs are all bron and the hawks despite the good start aren't as good as the other 3. A healthy C's team can easily come out of the east imo.

That is what I was saying before the season...there is no one that we have that makes that big a difference. They are just treading water for now and hoping that Rose and Noah improves, Deng plays well and stays healthy, and Salmons and Hinrich can continue last season's play...some of those things happened, some didn't. But no matter what, they were not beating the big 3 in the east.

And the way the Cavs are looking...they can beat the Celtics if Lebron plays his game and adapts to Shaq...it is a definite possibility.
