Even though he got fined, I liked that hit by Wright. It shows he will make a hit on you and maube offsensive players will become afraid of a hit from him. Already, most of the defense are hard hitters, so add one more would be awesome.

Now that the Bears will be in the post-season they'll be getting a bonus so they can afford to get fined more. I'd like to see more of that.

I think we will. I don't think the Bears care if they get fine because they are still lighting up their opponets. Also, the football players have money to do so.

He is only a 3rd round rookie, it isn't a big fine on him and not as severe as the one Browns player who is making a min 600,000 salary who has been fined twice this year but it's more of an impact on Wright than a bitchy James Harrison.

It was an awesome launch though.

It was a pretty vicious helmet-to-helmet hit. I figured he'd draw a fine or two.

He may have been fined but he gained the respect of the players and fans. Do it again Major you're our kind of player.

Getting fined isn't always a negative thing for a team and heres a perfect example why.

How about they donate it to animal shelters or a pit bull shelter in general to try and make up for the black eye mike vick put on the league.

I think players were fined a combined $120,500 last week.
I don't think that's ridiculous or anything, assuming these fines are going to something useful, and not in someone's pocket. I know the players don't care much about the fines, b/c they can write it off their taxes. But I'd REALLY like to see exactly where these fines go...and specific numbers...just to see how far off the giving is to the receiving from the NFL Front Office.

Everybody is a shady bastard.

Merry Christmas.

All the fine dollars go to NFL sponsored charities.
