He placing an audio recorder in his car when he suspected the mechanics of joyriding his car way to hard and causing damage making him pay for it. and he was totally right.
You would figure there would be much more professionalism and accountability at a dealership. This is the kind of shit I would expect to find happen at Joe Bob's Auto Body.

Its funny how GM initially attempted to wash their hands of it, saying its between the guy and the dealer. I am sorry it hurts your brand whether you are technically responsible for the place or not and GM does have the power to influence that dealership.
In the update GM does finally get involved.
