Bahahah thats awesome.... how can the Bank win in court? They signed the contract.... maybe the court reduces what they have to pay him as they might on the flip side for a consumer, but the idiots entered into his rewritten contract.... I suppose if it fucks over a bank then we gotta switch up the rules eh?
