this was really stupid, i heard 1 of the firefighters interviewed, hes like, "If I wasnt on duty, things would have been different" WTF!! This is bureaucracy at its worse, they were worried of being sued or disciplined, because they have lack of funds or training or whatever. **** em. If you dont know how to do your job GTFO.
