He's not going to punished for anything he's saying obviously, but watch twitter. There will be reactions to this and a lot of them will be bad. Just like Laurence Holmes brought up on his twitter.

LOL Obama is a politician. His view on anything at any given time is whatever suits him.

And no I'm not denying that Marshall has improved and worked at changing his life. Never said that at all. My beef is with the mouthbreathers who, when presented with any situation where a woman is accusing a sports figure of abuse, is immediately assumed to be a money grabbing whore.

It's no different than your boy Bernstrein rushing to judgment that all accused athletes are demons.

The reality is that a) there are shitbag athletes who are abusers and b) there are also money grubbing whores who do go after famous wealthy men. BOTH are true statements.

The key is to let the facts play out and not to rush to judgment so that the truth may prevail (i.e., the false story that was levied at Marshall right as he signed with the Bears).

And as for Gloria Allred - remember the word 'yet'. She's not asking for money or making it about her - YET.

Brandon doesn't want the world to see a piece on his past mistakes aired 7 years later or whatever..He wants the world to see how he has turned his life around and how he has changed as a person. That is why he is mad at ESPN. They lied to him.

He did ramble a bit but he just wishes we could grow as a society into better people. Of course that will never happen. That is why I think his point on second chances is important.

It is not a hard concept people.
