Serious question, for those who listened: what did Marshall say that you had a problem with?

He didn't say one bad thing at all

She's not trying to get any money, this is not a civil case, there's no money invovled. It's about going after the league for ignoring a complaint from one of Marshall's victims.

I think that part of those packets Marshall handed out included signed statements from Watley saying that, at one point, she did do something in an attempt to get money from Marshall. Said she was pressured by friends/family/someone to do so. It seems like that's where people turned on Marshall (at least through my social media viewing).

Brandon should not have addressed these issues publicly. They, Phil, Mark, Jay, somebody should have stopped him.

Think about what he said. Yes, he took blame for beating his gf, but he also placed a lot of onus on her. Right or wrong, the court of public opinion won't care. He brought up numerous times how just because he's a famous athlete he can get accused of of a lot things by women. Whether that's true or not, it doesn't matter. It looks bad.

I said in a previous post, he's not at risk for any kind of suspension or anything, he's been clean for years. But I do think we'll see an apology from him soon enough. Look, this is my opinion, and I may be dead wrong. But I'm in the camp that thinks this went badly. Very badly.

nothing, he didn't say anything wrong. it was more so in the way he presented it. it would have hit much harder if he was calm and collective.
