No Howard The Duck after that Guardians tease? Based on the 80's movie that's good.

Good lineup, I could do without Ant-Man, Doctor Strange, and Black Panther. I wouldn't bet against anything Marvel right now, but it can't go on forever.

Some of these are likely better off left as ideas than they are films. Frankly, I was really disappointed with Amazing Spiderman 2. Loved the characters, but the twist at the end was dumb. Looking forward to some of these though and can't way to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2.

Here you go.

Edited to add: Guardians, Ant-Man, Inhumans and so on should be listed as Marvel properties.

Yeah, Spiderman's movie rights are owned by Sony, so Marvel has no control over those. There was some talk recently about Marvel re-aquiring the rights.

I'm really looking forward to Doctor Strange, Black Panther (especially), Captain Marvel and Inhumans.

The Civil War story in CA3 basically turns it into an Avengers movie. At the end of Ultron, Thor will probably be dead and Hulk could be exiled. Captain America will likely form The Secret Avengers with Hawkeye, Black Widow, Maria Hill, Agent 13, Falcon and the Winter Soldier in order to fight the registration act. On the other side, you'd have Iron Man (already confirmed for CA3) and the rest of the crew.

And it makes sense to split the Third Avengers movie in two. Once you add Ant-Man, Doctor Strange and Black Panther to the team, there's just too many characters for one 2-hour movie.

I hope some of the films are good, but as a former child comic collector, among many, I have not seen a whole lot of justice done to most of the Marvel movies.

9 movies...goodness. If half of them are good, that'll be success to me.

I thought captain marvel (Shazam) was DC?

There's two different Captain Marvels. The DC one eventually became Shazam (that movie is being produced by Warner Brothers as part of DC shared universe).

The Marvel one is actually a Kree living on Earth. That character eventually died and Carol Danvers (the original Ms. Marvel) took on the name of Captain Marvel. The Carol Danvers version is the one that will be made into the Marvel movie.

The characters don't have anything to do with each other. They just have the same name.

I finally saw Guardians of the Galaxy Sunday (my power was out, needed something to do) and I thought it was pretty awesome.

I'm looking forward to more of Marvel's less mainstream cookie cutter super heroes. I'm really looking forward to Dr. Strange and Blackpanther, both of whom are totally underrated bad asses with good stories.

Ok just wondered because I knew about DC making a shazam movie. I never knew Ms. Marvel turned into Captain Marvel.

Supposedly Dwayne Johnson is going to play black adam in the shazam movie

Black panther is a good story. He's a beast. I'm excited about his movie.
