I can't help but be reminded of this article back in 2017 citing what the real problem is and has been for the last 34 years.
https://bleacherreport.com/articles...s-are-the-worst-owners-in-professional-sports
It is the one thing that has never changed yet the Bears still have the same problems year in and year out.
As Dan Hampton said about this year:
"An inexperienced President picks an inexperienced GM, who picks an inexperienced Head Coach and an inexperienced Quarterback. What could go wrong"?
When do we start holding the McCaskey family accountable for over three decades of a poor product? Obviously, neither you or I can force them to sell but public pressure and media pressure you would think might force them to clean up their act. When does the local media stop kissing the McCaskey family's butts and make them answer for their incompetence for over three decades?
Tell me how the Packers always seem to hire the right people, the GM, the coaches, the defense, the OL, the RB's and the QB's?
Since 1992 for example, the year Brett Favre started with the Packers, the Bears have rolled out 30 quarterbacks and the only other QB for the Packers has been Aaron Rodgers.
I realize in the grand scheme of life, you can say it's just football but I refuse to waste three hours on Sunday anymore until the McCaskey family puts a quality product on the field in ALL phases of the game.
