I assume you mean Micah? I think the Bears would have to consider it. Drafting for need is a difficult thing to do, it usually doesn't work out. Bears might see better results if they just took best player available, but then again why would Micah Parson's fall to twentieth?
The Bears have backed themselves into a corner by being almost completely bereft of elite talent at the premium positions. They dont have an NFL quality offensive tackle or quarterback rostered, they just cut their best cornerback (though I do have faith in their young players) and the edge rushers are old and declining. I am in the camp that counts tight ends as a premium position due to the scarcity of elite tight ends, and we'll see what Cole Kmet can turn into I suppose.
They really don't have the luxury of taking somebody like Micah Parsons, even though historically speaking best player available has a better success rate than drafting premium positions for need.
