15 teams throughout the United States and Antigua and Barbuda (whose team will likely fold along with Tampa Bay), 7 affiliated with MLS teams, and all MLS teams are to have an affiliate by 2015 or enter their reserve team directly into the league.

Fire of course don't have a team yet.
