With so many veterans such as Brady, Rothlesberger etc retiring, I definitely think Mitch is going to get a starting gig next year and make at least $10m/year. Look how many teams need QB's

Tampa
Pittsburgh
Indianapolis
Denver
Houston
Washington
New Orleans
Carolina

If you think Mutch getting 10 million is Special person; then he's almost assuredly going to get 20 million.

Such is the power of the #mush

You forgot the Giants, and Daboll & Schoen I think they bring him in to compete with Daniel Jones and he probably wins that battle.

If he's smart (not) he'll take a gig with the Giants and a contract with escalators.

He will get another shot, too many QB-needy teams in the NFL yet again this year.

Teams also have the abject failure of Nagy's offense and with all QB's in Chicago to point to when trying to convince themselves of Trubisky's viability as a starter.

We know Nagy is a failure, I, for one, look forward to the hope of finding out if one or both were at fault.

Too little is made of the subpar roster Ryan Pace cobbled together. Any Bears coach would have had a tough time.

Mitch will make more than $10 million a year and probably start with the Giants, Washington, Saints, Tampa, Pittsburgh, Carolina or maybe even Denver. Too many QB needy teams, and Mitch does have a winning record with a HC who was proved incompetent.

Dude you are a complete idiot. As someone with an autistic son you should never use the R word. If you are actually an adult you should be ashamed of yourself. 1st of all get a fricken life! 2nd of all almost everyone on the board agrees with me. Any QB working under Nagy is going to look like trash. I will be back on this board laughing in your face when he signs a contract!

So Mitch couldn’t get a starting job or 8 figure contract last season but his 47 passer rating as a backup is going to change teams demand for him, got it.

As much as I can’t help but laugh at the idea of Mitch getting 10+ mil a year to be a starter, there’s probably someone dumb enough to give it to him if he/his agent plays the market right.

I'm genuinely excited for Mitch to get another opportunity. He's always been a good guy. I just hope he goes into a good situation and proves that it was Nagy that was the problem.

As bad as Daniel Jones is, I'd rather compete with the situations in Pittsburgh, Tampa, Denver, Houston, Washington and New Orleans than I would with Jones in NY, if I'm Mitch. He'd almost certainly be the first option in all the places that don't have a former top 10 pick at QB on the roster. He'd be the Nick Foles in the Giants situation. Basically would be the handpicked guy and would need to blow Jones away for the franchise to abandon the younger guy with more long-term potential.
