is it worth the 124.99? for a year? Thinking about getting for the cubs games i don't get...

It just depends on what you have access to now. I did the MLB TV with streaming package in 2002, but that was because I lived in Hawaii. Access sucked. Now, you can boxcar a stream most of the time.

I had it last year and it was worth it. I didn't re-new though because I didn't think this year's team would be worth paying to watch.

If you're in the Chicago market every Cubs and Sox game will be blacked out. You'll still get all the radio broadcasts without blackouts. They do archive the games and they're available approximately 2 hours after the game's over.

We've had the subscription for a few years an love it. We have Tigers season tickets so we're at most home games and watch the road games on TV. The nice thing is the subscription comes with mobile access. I usually flip from game to game on my phone when I'm at home.

We've also hooked our TV to our laptop. The picture quality was darn near HD. If you have a PS3 you can stream through that directly to your TV.

I don't get the blacked out? So if there away... the games will be blackout? or when there home there going to be blackout??? I live in Chicago...

You won't get any games at all pretty much...home or away, not worth it!

My buddy did the NBA one were u pick just 5 teams to watch. he picked the bucks and we live in wisconsin. He didn't get to watch a single game LOL

Yeah, if you're in Chicago it's not worth it. It's really just for people who live outside their team's hometown.
