Mob Attacks in Chicago

I was reading the Chicago news today and saw this. Apparently another attack just occurred in the past hour or so. Your thoughts?

Now that's tempting, a late night ride on the El with an Iphone and a gun. Wonder if CPD would arrest me for doing their job with only an FOID card and no carrying permit?.
