... is the GOATest of all GOAT time sugar substitute, so use this thread to explain to me why you're still consuming cancer causing substitutes, like stevia for example.

In b4 the dorkchops.

Upon further research, both stevia & monk are "Generally Recongnized as Safe" by the FDA. Both are plant extracts. Both can contain additives like eyrthritol (a sugar alcohol that is "likely safe") and dextrose which may sourced from GMO corn.

Also, if you dig deep enough and you'll find that everything causes cancer. So I'll continue on with my stevia despite the fact that it sometimes tastes like bitter butthole.

Schmuckaluck.

Monk fruit is a gazillion times less harmful than stevia (as long as you purchase without dextrose). It also doesn't encourage fat growth. More research is needed

The only source of sugar I've gotten over the last 3 years is naturally occurring in fruit or veggies. I don't add sugar or sugar substitutes to anything, and I don't eat or drink anything with sugar added to it.

Why not add some monk fruit extract into your life?

That's my go-to. Only other ingredient used besides monk fruit is maltodextrin, but it at least comes from non-GMO corn. Easily the best sugar alternative on the market.

Monk fruit is nature.

That processed honey you're sticking up your ass ain't as natural as you think it is, and is high in calories.

Only 100% natural honey here, fella and I ain't watching my weight or sticking it up my ass thank you very much.

Monk fruit is just the latest craze and if you think you're not getting the highly processed version of it, think again. Give it a couple years and they'll be saying it, too, causes cancer.

I don't drink coffee, pop, don't like sweets much, no candy, I will eat a dessert just to be polite. A few times a year ice cream, really good friend generated home made ice cream. I have no idea what sweeteners he uses, and I will not ask.

Could you ask just for the benefit of Novak's thread?
