Sorry for taking so long with the winners. Now that we're back on track, I will not let the awards fall behind. They will be posted promptly at the end of each month.

Poster of the month the past two months goes to TCF for just being active/quality poster. I normally don't award staff members a poster of the month but Rice Cube HELD IT DOWN for the entire site with a very active month. Must have been the trade deadline and the Cubs trading away 80% of their team that had him posting like a mad man.

Rookie of the month goes to Whitesoxman and Havoc (Elyon). It's always good to pull in a quality poster, hope both of you stick around for quite some time and assimilate into this weird ass group of people we have here.

Contributor goes to Chris J for getting back to Cubs writing in June and then HighJump for his overall video game/Illini writing he did for the home page in the month of July. Quality content goes a long way.

Poster who deserves something...ChicagoGr/97bulls. Both guys who don't post too much but I always find myself reading their posts. Hope you guys post around more.

Thank you Rush and the CCS community for deciding that I was a good enough poster to warrant the Rookie of the Month award for the month of June. Chicitysports.com is one of the best websites I have ever stumbled upon with a great group of guys who are very knowledgable (at least of their favorite sport/team) and fun. I want to thank everyone at CCS for welcoming me with open arms, it didn't take very long for me to feel like I belonged here. Appreciate each and every one of you guys, even Rosetta, and look forward to continue posting in here, maybe even more while I am in Minnesota. I'll need to get my Chicago sports fill somehow. Special thanks to DP21, fisch, dews, TCF, and Jntg4 who have all made me feel like a good contributor to this forum. Thank you.
