http://www.constitutionalconcepts.org/creditriver.htm

This is pretty cut and dry. Most of us have taken a basic business law class at some point. There has to be something of tangible value to create consideration, without that any contract is void.

Why homeowners have not been fighting foreclosures remains a mystery.

What did I do? LOL?

I don't support central planned governments. I am for the people retaining the power, not the elite. So of course, I don't support fractional reserve banking, nor do I have time to dwell on this same topic every time it comes up.

If you want to be consistent, there are a lot of Unconstitutional laws on the books. The real problem is that we accept this notion that or politicians act above the law and ignore the Constitution. If someone were to say, "Oh, but it's so old and outdated", then why haven't we changed the very parts of the Constitution that may bother them?

Of course, there is one case where I would support a central planned government. That is where I am the central planner. Since some people want a central planned government, then I would take those people first, and take their privacy and property rights away first. This way, we satisfy everyone! Oh, you earned that money in your bank account, I'll just make it worth a lot less(just for those who want it like that.)

How about simply saying: People are so busy paying their mortgages and raising families they don't have time to research how badly they are being raped?.

Thanks...lol

That, and most people who know a smidge of economic theory, stick to one school of thought, and that's it. Heck, if you talk to any amateur economist, they likely only know the basics of Keynesian and Austrian, because those two are the most talked about.

My heart is heavy, I see no means to turn things around despite lifetimes of efforts dedicated to such.
