Fan of the Brit fighters, Mick? I love Lennox Lewis solely for what he did to Tyson after that bully threatened to eat his children. Most deserved ass kicking I've ever witnessed.

Joshua specifically. He's a generation talent, and I think he's going to unify the HW belts for years to come.

Plus he shares a birthday with HHM and me.

He's a big boy in a talent-less division so I'd imagine he will.

Don't try to make him sound smart cause he was anything but that. It was cool when Buster upset him and good to see Evander beat him twice despite losing an ear to the neanderthal. But the beating Tyson so richly deserved didn't come til Lennox caught up with him. Lewis destroyed him and robbed him of his heart and soul. He was never the same. Great stuff.

What? Tyson was always great a promoting a fight. If you think he didn't do certain things to sell it, you are blind. He specifically talks about doing things to sell fights. He may have been dumb, but he knew how to make money.

So smart was he that all the hundreds of million he made in fighting was quickly lost. If you look at Tyson pre-Lewis and post Lewis, you see 2 very different men. The one after ain't so bad. Kinda felt sorry for him and even rooted for him to get back on his feet. The one before Lewis was nothing but a stupid thug who had no place in society.

Ok that's your opinion of him and that's fine. He still could sell a fight. 70% of athletes go broke. Doesn't mean they weren't good at what they did

70%? I don't know about that? He was never exactly the Muhammad Ali of selling fights either. He simply dominated a very weak division for a while. I'm sure there were those who were more impressed with his wins over fighters like Mitch "Blood" Green, Frank Bruno, Tony Tubbs, Alex Stewart and the like than I was but we all saw the same thing when he met more worthy opponents.

Wilder is a bit of an unknown as a belt holder because he only fights tomato cans. He's a windmill swinger too, and I think he's going to have a hard time with a top HW who can move their head and feet well.

With Joshua getting the IBF, it would make sense to go after Wilder next, then get a full unification fight with whoever wins the Fury/Klitchko rematch. However with the concentration of HW talent being largely in the UK right now (Tyson and Hughie Fury, Haye's return etc) I think he'll take a voluntary defense at home where he's a megastar, then get the Fury/Klitchko winner, and then have Wilder over there for a unification fight after that, assuming he keeps winning, which he probably will. He's the best in a weak US heavyweight class right now and he won't fight outside the country until he does so for a unification.

Klitschko still fighting? Thought for sure he'd retire after that last pathetic miserable performance. It was as if he couldn't even muster the energy to throw a punch or 2

Sorry Camden, this thread is about Mike Tyson now.... soon it will be about vaccines and the *** people that cause them.

Lol Spartan been looking for a good argument for weeks now.

I could also segue from Tyson to pigeons... just for you.

Fury's length and movement were totally awkward for him. He couldn't get into his rhythm and couldn't land any of his usual combinations. He had a rematch in the contract though, so he'll get a chance to beat him again, but to do so he's going to have to approach the fight differently.

I didn't think Fury looked much better to be honest. I don't watch many of the fights anymore, being an MMA fan now, but I watch some and it seems like the HW division is for crap still. Really hasn't been good since the golden age of boxing. Just when you think it's as bad as it can get, the level of competition continues to drop. I'd say the Klitscho era is over and "your guy" seems like he can dominate this HW division for quite a while.
