My Leg

So I screwed up my leg about a month ago. Could barely walk farther than 4 or 5 blocks for a few weeks. That's gotten better but it's still sore right above me knee on the outside of the leg. Initially the pain was throughout the leg but especially in the quad area. Not it's settled on the top right side of the knee. Any thoughts on what that is over there? I get around walking OK but wouldn't want to try jogging or anything right now. Never felt anything "pop" but woke up one morning after taking a jog the night before and it hasn't been the same so I figured at the least I sprained something. :dunno:

Does it kind of relieve the pain if you run or workout on it? I messed my knee up skateboarding but once I started using the knee it wouldn't hurt til after I stopped for an hour or so. Also have you went to a doctor?

No, I haven't gone to the doctor yet. I figure my regular one wouldn't be able to tell me anything and I really wanted to wait to see if rest heals it before I get an MRI or something. I don't need pain meds.

It feels OK to walk on now. But I don't want to try jogging. It's pretty sore after even a mile walk.
