So the Nuggets advance. They will likely play the lakers. I'd probably take the Lakers but it will go 7 games. Should be a great series.

Lebron will coast against Magic or Celtics, 4 or 5 game ECF.

Melo vs. Kobe shoot out should be interesting.

I bet that Melo ends up having a better point average of Kobe.

I actually think that Melo is the best flat-out scorer in the entire league, but the fact that he has held himself back for the benefit of the team, really shows how much he has matured.

But the guy is just a flat out pure scorer as it comes, he can shoot, he has range, he is strong enough to take small players down low, he is quick enough to take the taller off the dribble. He is just a super scorer.

Remember the trade talk about Carmelo to the Bulls for the #1 pick?

That would have been interesting to see play out, as with Gordon and Melo, we would have had two of the best pure scorers in the league. Then add grittiness around them (Hinrich at point, Noah at center) and you have a good team.

I like what we have in Derrick though, so no regrets on the Bulls passing that up.

Just think what would of happened if we didn't even win the lottery. Could of drafted Lopez who's stud, trade Hinrich for Baron and still could of gotten Miller and Salmons
