I'd rather do some predictions early in the season, after seeing the adjustments in action. Otherwise, any predictions in the off-season are just a carbon copy of the last season, with small adjustments made based on the big name moves.

Seeing as this is the dead season for NBA basketball discussion, that is why now is the perfect time for a topic like this. And also, it is a prediction thread well before the fact. Predicting after the season begins is not nearly as fun.

I'm not being a hater here. I totally get what you're trying to do and agree. I just have given up on "pre-pre" predictions, and my post explains why.
