As long as we have proper communication/coordination of who is supposed to write what and when they are supposed to do it (like, between all the Cubs writers, and White Sox writers, and me and whatever other Bulls writers end up joining the fold).

The only thing CCS is missing now (in my opinion) is a facebook fanpage and a chatbox... but those things can wait. I'll see what you guys think about that.

The only way it would make sense to have more than one writer per team is if each writer had a designated role. Like, let's say:
Writer A: Game Previews
Writer B: Game Recaps
Writer C: Miscellaneous

otherwise there would need to be a lot of communication between writers so articles do not double-up and such..

The thing that makes a fanpage more attractive than a group (on Facebook) is that fanpage updates appear on all of their follwers' homepages.

And FB groups appear to be losing a lot of steam to FB fanpages, in general.

Don't think so. I've made fan pages on Facebook and they're free to make.
