Needing Knee Surgery

I got punched by a drunk 22-24 year old and went down hard on my knee onto ice this past January, and I just found out from an MRI I took a few days ago that I have a torn meniscus in my right knee that will be needing surgery.

Just imagine being able to walk again without any dull pain.

I am doing physical therapy because I have Patellar Lateralis Instability that I was born with but hadn't had a problem with until recently. I can't wait until it's all better so I can sleep with my knees touching or run or climb stairs without my knees hurting really badly.

Sucks man, you definitely need knee surgery. My brother tore his several years ago and opted not to get surgery and every summer it flares up as the temperature rises. It's a real ***** he says.

surgery was good now im good npw n i got stuff thats like vocidin so im set.

Yeah, I had a hole in my meniscus when I was in high school due to wear from soccer. I opted not to get surgery then, as my doctor told me it would heal itself since it wasn't a tear on the rim of the meniscus...but he said I'd need surgery by 27 regardless...going by the pain I get on almost a daily basis, he's right on.
