The board has went full stupid for a guy who has never played a pro down. Thsee guys by November will have pulled a 180 and be talking out of their ass the other way.
Luck's production has nothing to do with Trubisky. I do find it weird when people think the first QB we've drafted in the first round for over a decade is going to bust. Some even seem to be rooting for it to happen.

Barkley is in SF.
Barkley was a pleasant surprise and a guy I still believe has the moxy to be a good QB if put in a decent situation. But to bring him up in every thread is a fkn Special person thing to do. I guess a guy like you has got it right 100% of the time. lol. The best of the best in the business is wrong more then 50% of the time. Your just butthurt your QB was passed on, Thank God.

Aaron Rodgers and the Packers have been in the playoffs every season since 2009. Aaron Rodgers has played in 16 career playoffs games and thrown for 4,458 YDs, 36 TDs and 10 INTs. With those kinda numbers you'd expect the Packers to have won more than just one Super Bowl with Rodgers. Let's pray Trubisky can perform like that and that if he does that the Bears will have much more success!

Bad defense is what's prevented that.

enough already about Luck being overrated because 2015 was an anomaly for him and is a throw out. He and his team didn't play well during the 7 total games where he played the first 3, missed the next 2, played the next 4 and was out for the rest of the year. One could call that cherry picking but I wouldn't. I would submit that you look at his full 2014 and 2016 campaigns for a more accurate picture. To say that Luck isn't elite is simply misguided.

2016 TD Int
Rodgers 40 7
Ryan 38 7
Brees 37 15
Rivers 33 21
Luck 31 13
Ben 29 13
Brady 28 2

2014 TD Int
Rodgers 38 5
Ryan 28 14
Brees 33 17
Rivers 31 18
Luck 40 16
Ben 32 9
Brady 33 9

14/16 Combined
Rodgers 78 12
Luck 71 29
Brees 70 32
Ryan 66 21
Rivers 64 39
Ben 61 22
Brady 61 11

I mean, is there anyone here who wouldn't trade Trubisky for Luck straight up? I love Trubisky but I think it'd be crazy not to.

It was interesting to hear Damien Woody talking about Luck and saying he has largely failed to live up to the hype. I know there's a Pats/Colts thing but have to agree with him.

If you offered me Luck or Mariota right now, Id take Mariota.

I don't particularly care about Luck one way or the other, but in all fairness he's had a terrible line.

wtf is with you and height and weight?

Further, those were the opinions of professional scouts. Maybe they turn out wrong, but it was the legitimate analysis of pro NFL scouts assigned to evaluate Trubs. Fuck you with your dismissive "nah". You don't know better than them with your marbled fat bullshit.

Why don't you calm the fuck down already and maybe try to enjoy something the bears might have actually gotten right? Maybe lay off the fucking meth while you're at it.

Relax man. It's a fucking message board. Deep breaths.

Because he was. You can find stories of scouts hailing Wentz as a prospect so what's your point. That magically these 2 random scouts words are gospel?

Like you guys really get salty as hell when people disagree with you.

Damn dude. 10 pm posting on Friday night when you had that hot date? Sorry it ended so early.

I don't care how much you hate Brady, those numbers are just insane.... THOSE are the numbers I would like to see Trubs strive for.

Fow show! As a rookie, Luck took his previously 2-14 team to an 11-5 record and the playoffs. In his second year, he won a playoff game. And in year 3 he took Indianapolis to the AFC championship game.

You guys really need to develop an eye for "fake news", that's all these puff articles are, sounds like they came out of the same meeting. Lol.

The surprising part isn't the fake news spin to cover somebodies ass as these news agencies are all for sale these days.

The surprising part is that the McCaskeys actually spent money on somethingS
