Fairly certain the play was designed all the way to the left...I don't think there was even an opportunity for an audible...it was a bad throw though

The play was clearly designed to go to the left. There was plenty to criticize Mitch for today but this is just plain old low football IQ.

Plays have more than one option. I'm sure it was designed to isolate Robinson, but I bet Trubisky hast he freedom to throw to the quads set if we have numbers.

If he was in his 5th year and good I would assume he has that freedom. Where he is now I wouldn't guarantee it.
