New St. Paddys thread!

This is from the true Irish ****** on this board. As yall know, I moved on from my job. But as a friend, I told him I will work St. Paddys because its one of our biggest days. I was kind of down cause I have to be there by 5:30 AM and I wrote the whole menu but now I am fired up. I figure if a irish **** is going out like Champion, no better day then St. Paddys. I will be taking an irish car bomb in the morning. Chomp on these thoughts.
