So I take this to mean Omicron is raging like wildfire through every major city.
Vaccinated staff are infecting players, etc.
Their hope is that omicron is so contagious it burns through before the hysteria and fear of hysteria keeping the lid on right now.
This is across all sports so not just an NHL problem.
I expect sports to take a brief winter hiatus as hysteria passes over even though the biggest danger to their players is already passed us, most sports appear in the peak right now.
