NHL Draft Giveaway!

My favorite prospect is Askarov. I don't think he will be there for the Hawks, but he's a sure fire NHL superstar of the future.

For the Hawks, I'm leaning towards Connor Zary. Big, tough, plays defense and can score. A meaner Bolland before all the injuries.

I see little or no young players in person or on TV but I know what I want and I search the net for a guy that fits. This is my guy.....Jeremie Poirier. Offensive defenseman....the guy has mad skills, good speed and a solid replacement for Keith in a couple years. Best part is, he'll probably be still on the board when the Hawks draft.

Who ever Bowman drafts it sure to be a **** up. zero faith in the coaching staff on both levels, NHL and AHL.

Once again we have another player for Keith’s replacement, what is that about 10 players who could, possibly never be his replacement. Missed the part he was an offensive defencemen but yet the Hawks have zero defencemen at all, unless your counting the 7 current players who are all 5,6,7,8,9, 10, 11 on any other team in the NHL who are actually playoff contenders.
According to Bowman, Mitchell who is the next Scott Neidemeyer and Boqvist are suppose to be the next Keith and Seabs, I will be 90 in a seniors home before that ever happens.

LOL, I think you missed the point of this thread. Just throw a name out so you get tossed in the mix for a friggin hat. I don't follow the juniors or any minor league hockey.....I googled for a guy that could fit the Keith mold and this kid came up. I have never seen him play other than a YouTube video. He could be the next Keith or the next Seeler, I have no idea.

Just joined this site and it's great! Lotsa solid takes on the Hawks. Put me in the camp that thinks the Hawks will remain mediocre at best as long as Stan is calling the shots on personnel. So before I get optimistic again what do u think is the over/under on how many years Rocky is going to stick with him?

As long as Stans Dad is here, he isn't going anywhere.

I think Scotty has more influence over Rocky then anybody else in that org.
