No More Alcohol on the Bulls Charter

"The Bulls no longer allow alcohol on the team charter, sources said. Coach Vinny Del Negro instituted the rule with management support after a verbal incident between two players that started on a recent flight and resumed in a hotel lobby. Like most teams, the Bulls already prohibited alcohol on flights to Chicago because players drive home from O'Hare."

Maybe the arguement was between Flip Murray and Jannero Pargo. It does seem like they're both competing in a SUCK contest....

Pargo wins. Flip is by far the better player...though they're both chuckers.

The only thing that I found out is it was when the Bulls lost there 10th straight game vs Cleveland and there flight was delayed till 1 or 2 so some of the got drunk

:laugh: Great first post & welcome. My first thoughts are Kirk was involved cuz he likes to drink. Used to see him at a bar in Vernon Hills all the time until it got torn down. Plus the wife of a buddy of mine used to work at the bank he uses & she's seen his statements. Apparently, as of 2 years ago, he was spending nearly $300 a week at Binny's.

$300 a week could be a fine bottle of scotch. I doubt Kirk drinks the cheap crap we do.

Goodness gracious I have lived in Vernon Hills for years and never heard of such things...nice to know he's buying quality stuff with his contract money.
