Well that narrows down the starting midfield choices, but he didn't have all that bad of a game last week.
Well the only two defenders left are Jumper and Videira (M/D). Who start at RB on Saturday? or does Frankie move Pause to RB and start Paladini next to Larentowiczs in a 4-2-3-1 formation or does he go wint a 4-4-2 formation with Rolfe and MacDonald up top with Alex/Duka, Lindpere, Larentowicz and Nyarko in the midfield. I hope that Frankie dosen't scrap the 4-4-2 formationand continue to go with a 4-2-3-1 two defensive midfield formation.

This is what I'd like to see if Frankie goes with Pause at RB...

-----------MacDonald--------------Rolfe---------

-------------------------Lindpere------------------
--Alex------------------------------------Nyarko--
----------------------Larentowicz------------------

----Segares----Berry-----Anibaba----Pause----

----------------------Johnson-----------------------

I'd like to know what happened to Atouba, he hasn't even made the bench in the last two games....

Any chance Friedrich comes back?

Could go for (alpha, not side-to-side):
Johnson
Anibaba/Berry/Friedrich/Segares
Larentowicz/Lindpere/Nyarko/Paladini
MacDonald/Rolfe

No, he hasn't practiced since his set back two weeks ago and it could even be worse, Arne might be done for the season.

Well it's looking like it might be the end for Arne.....

So it's going to be Anibaba and Berry in the middle unless we get somebody to replace Friedrich (if he's done for the year). Segares will be our LB and RB I guess will be a rotating position, who ever isn't injuried or suspended get to play RB (unless we get a real RB, not a out position player playing RB).

and before you ask, Kinney isn't an option either, he has a quad injury that's going to keep him out for several weeks.

This way be crazy, but I think Nyarko would be our best option at RB. He would be able to make those over lapping runs, no forward in the league would be able to keep up with him. He's a pretty good defender, so have him at RB and then Paladini could play RM.

I like that starting 11, but if Alex is healthy I'd have him start on the left side instead of Paladini..

So how about this....

-----MacDonald--------------Rolfe------

-------------------Lindpere---------------
--Alex--------------------------Paladini--
------------------Larentowicz------------

--Segares--Berry---Anibaba--Nyarko--

------------------Johnson------------------
