Remember when I said --

Clearly, the Bulls felt that giving up Noah, Butler plus more (potentially) wasn't worth it. Aldridge's game has flourished with a true center in Robin Lopez and that was certainly the right move for the Blazers. The Bulls best hope is that a fringe team like the Wolves with a disgruntled guy like Kevin Love who they're almost certain will leave will want to try and land something for him before he becomes untradable.

But that's not the point. People have been talking about unloading Noah for certain players, and here you are trying to tell them their being irrational and living in a fantasy world.

There have been reasonable offers on the table for these guys, so it stands to reason that Noah's trade value is still high enough to pull off a deal that helps us immediately.

You seriously don't think there's mutual interest between the Bulls and Portland? The article clearly said the Bulls did not want to give up both Noah AND Butler for LA. That tells me there were serious discussions and mutual interest.
