It just sucks watching clevelands fans watching the game in the park and us having an empty Wrigley. That just makes it look like their fans want it more.

I know Tunney has that ban on nite games on early week nights, but the ban is for games that are not nationally televised. I am more thinking that the chicago police would rather not have 200 officers out there when they could be at home not getting paid.

True, but IF the Cubs pull out a win tonight, they'll have officers on the northside for crowd control anyway. Needless to say, they will have the full force out for game 7, if it happens. I don't think it has anything to do with the police and overtime pay. They'll be there regardless whether there are 10,000 fans in the stadium or not.
