Apparently Noah hasn't healed enough to participate for Team France, and he's going to rest, instead of Deng for the Olympics. He can't fully run, or jump yet.

Noah has to have more than just a sprained ankle. I never heard of a sprained ankle hurting and limiting a person for two months and counting...

High ankle sprains can be pretty severe and take months to heal. Considering how he rolled it, I wouldn't be surprised if its on the very bad end of the spectrum.
