Noose Bleeds

I've been getting nose bleeds recently a lot, anyone know why?

i have been taking sugar through my nose. i don't think that should cause it though.

any help would be appreciate it.
this is how i sniff the sugar

It's probably because you're not snorting enough "sugar." You need to sniff some more. Enough to completely block your nose so blood can't come out.

Check your tail bone for bruising; you might need to duck more on the way up.

yes, i tried what you said before and it worked, but now i get them again.

i also cough a lot, and my chest hurts when i do.
