I don't want him back in the division. But as good as Moss is, and he's really good, the Vikings shouldn't throw away high draft picks and mortgage their future for him and Favre.

Twitter / Jay Glazer: Yes, vikes and pats have b ...

All I can say is FUCK...but the Vikes will have to pay. I say at least a 1st, a player and one or 2 more draft picks. Maybe, Harvin to Pats.

I honestly don't get the trade for the Pats, but I guess they plan on not re-signing him.

Thoughts?

If you could get rid of an aging Randy Moss for some draft picks..one being a 1st rounder..wouldnt you?

Only if you can get a WR in return. The Pats really don't have a deep threat other than Moss and Moss gets doubled team. They better have a backup in plan. If they could get Berrian and a 1st in the deal I would, but I don't know if I would take Berrian's contract in. I guess it would depend.

The Pats will get good compensation for Moss if he is indeed traded, but no one can replace him and Berrian sucks.

He has sucked with the Vikes but he's at least a deep threast because of his speed.

I'm seeing this rumor pop up alot... this in my opinion will happen. Idk what the Vikings are thinking if they give up a #1 and possibly Harvin.

CSN New England is reporting it's a third round pick.

Yes they should see how well that thinking has worked for us

I guess Moss asked for a trade after week 1.

I'm shocked.

Does this fix our offensive line or make Brett Favre any younger or healthier? Randy Moss does not mix up the division at all. Favre has taken a huge step back from last year and this is desperation by the Vikings. Some of it has been because of the loss of Sidney Rice but Favre is not close to were he was last season, he already looks mentally retired.
