Good Afternoon, Fellow Die Hards! I am an author, and longtime Cubs fan, researching a novel. It is set in the Wrigley area, August 1988. The information I'm looking for concerns the atmosphere in the Wrigley area before and after the lights went on, from residents point of view and law enforcement/first responders.
