Williams is so awful. Can’t stand him. It does make one wonder if Flus was another Pace/Fox situation in which the head coach was picked for the rookie GM. Polian was involved in the decision and he came from Indy.

I’m out on Williams I hated that hire! I’m 3/4 out on Getsy! Fluser feels like a puppet, 1/2 out on him.

I just hope Flus has the balls to do what Trestman couldn’t do and fire his coordinator. A better QB would have hung 50+ today on this defense, Love let a lot of throws out there.
How were there so many blown coverages and easy third down conversions with zero pressure? Nothing exotic, Williams was a failure for Minnesota. Nothing has changed with him.

The difference was Love had protection and Fields was under pressure. Poles running out Patrick and Cody as 2/3rd of the interior OL was a huge mistake.

The one play where the entire offensive line false started pretty much sums up what this team is and where it is going this season.

Poles is an ex o-lineman. Yet he can't even put together any form of a decent line. You have a a 5th round LT that holds, a left guard with a broken hand that was shitty center who was drafted as a guard, you have a center who gets pushed back on his ass, ad RG that is an absolute head case, and a RT who I guess was somewhat okay since I never heard his name during the game.
So with this being said, how in the hell would anyone think Poles is capable of build a team with talent when he can't even recognize a decent o-line player.

It’s time for a big personality head coach to reset the culture of the team. That’s what is needed at this point because mentally the entire organization is melted. The Packers are just completely inside their heads.

People keep saying that, but I'm not convinced that someone who played a position knows anything about how to draft, trade, or develop that position. They are all completely out of their depths. I expected a loss, but I thought it would be close.

Exactly my point. He played the position, yet knows nothing about what a decent o-line player looks like. Given that, how can anyone expect him to find decent players at other positions. I don't.
