According to the Slipper Still Fits, Gonzaga's Matt Bouldin, another guard who went undrafted, has been given a free agent contract by the Bulls to play on their summer league team.

BTW, these guys could end up being very lucky. First, because the Bulls roster will be top heavy from a salary standpoint, they have a decent chance to make the roster. But also, if they do make the roster and the Bulls score big in Free Agency, these guys can benefit.

saw him play against the Illini at the UC, I love this kid. He brings toughness, and cant create his own shot.

Bouldin's a baller. Question is if he has the athleticism to play at this level.

I think he is. Good defense and being able to create good shots will help him very much.

Creating shots in college and creating shots in the pros are two completely different things. Again, I like the signing, but he has some limitations physically.

I saw a few Zag games and he positions himself extremely well. Matt is a kid who thrives in a system. You don't have to worry about him coming off the bench to give someone rest, then screw up the game. He wont be the hero, or the big energy guy, but he's reliable, and a good pickup for the Bulls.
