Official CCS Meet Your Favorite Lurkers Thread

Good morning CCS!!!

I thought that this might be a good thread to take the opportunity to meet and greet the more distinguished lurkers on CCS. Especially during these turbulent times of Google overlords scrutinizing the content posted throughout the boards, it is important that prolific members of the community here get to know some of the posters that are hiding like toads, perpetually waiting for an opening in a conversation to add their opinion or get trolled by gif posting idiots, or even more sinister - surprise attack with nudity to get everyone permabanned and the site shut down.

So ITT, Lurkers are invited to share some of their impressions of the board, talk about the posters that keep them coming back or intimidate them into never posting, forever lurking like the lurkers they are. Maybe even some #healing can happen and some of these guys can come out of the woodwork and put their internet personalities on display. Maybe this thread can be an icebreaker.

Maybe even posters that used to post a lot but are hiding because of butthurt can use this thread for a rehabilitation effort so they can find their way back into general population.

Whatever happens here is up to you guys, the lurking lurkers of CCS!

HHHHM. You can't make a thread encouraging lurkers to post then call halfmods and IRL stalkers, trolls... This is counter productive. We need to have a safe place for new lurkers to speak out (or old posters who have adapted to the lurk lifestyle for whatevz reason)

But maybe a lurker is intimidated by this troll word being thrown around at everyone? "Troll" is a borderline hate word IMO. I def wouldn't go to Ferguson and call people trolls..

Sunbiz posts in a thread about lurkers claiming he's going to lurk - classic contradictory troll tactic. I just don't want these trolls to discourage the Lurkers from coming out from under their rocks.

Lurking is a choice, people are not born lurkers, they should choose to not be lurkers if they want to get married.
