Kids are shipped off for two or so months and wife is back from a week of midrange chemo and is on the "pregnant" diet with additional restriction of NO fresh Fruits or Vegetables. Giving the neighbors all of our tomatoes and peppers from the garden because I don't even want them in the house. Due to only having like 2 whit blood cells, I will be making frozen Costco cheese pizza and some chicken wings fried hard with some teriyaki sauce with some hehateme sriracha in it. I'm tossing extra vinegar and boiling all the probiotics out of it because they could kill her.

She gets lacroix lemon lime to sip on and I'll be drinking beer with a mask on.

You know me, I love to make the staple food of the opposing team, so this week it's Philly Cheesesteaks. I'll be doing a quick grilling of some sirloin, slicing it, then finishing it off on my griddle. Also have some sweet green peppers, white onions, and mushrooms to top off with. Going through this all on a toasted hoagie bun. Assemble on the bun, toast it just a tad more on the broiler with some provolone on top.

Finishing it off with a sampler 6-pack from Yards Brewing Company, out of Philly. Have a nice Philly connection that shipped this in last week. Can't wait to taste the Golden Hop IPA.

I am going to grill a couple of strips and some jalapenos, probably try to talk the fiance into making cauliflower mashed. I need another veggie but will have to make a trip to the store to get it. Maybe some Calabacitas.
