How dare you!I'm going to withhold all judgement until all of the picks have been made.

I'm ripping my dick off now because I am a go-getter and want to stay ahead of the game. I've got things to do this weekend.I'm going to withhold all judgement until all of the picks have been made.
Lol it was this tweet that set the board aflame and started the war within this forum. It started the Justin Fields for MVP hype train as well. So please spare me the I'm jealous of him.So, when you asked yesterday why I was giving you shit about hating Ben Devine, it's exactly stuff like this. Just so you know, the way you feel about seeing a Ben Devine tweet, is exactly how this entire board feels when you post anything. You are a bigger man baby then Ben Devine or any of the Twitter clowns you are jealous about.
Again, the way you feel about his tweets are exactly how this board feels when you post. Also, those wouldn't even be in the top 10 of your bad takes. And yes, you are jealous of anyone with a Twitter presence, because like your journalism career, you have none.Lol it was this tweet that set the board aflame and started the war within this forum. And then there's this gem from last year Dexter, Stevenson and Scott which also got the usual suspects on this board fired up.
Spoiler alert other than Dexter stat padding off of Billings work all three of these guys were awful last year. View attachment 45215 View attachment 45214
CORRECT. If they do it just goes to show how arrogantly wrong and reckless Ryan Poles is.
1) The Bears are not one player away
2) Ashton Jeanty is not the guy you draft if you feel like you're one player away
3) Ryan Poles has no patience or maturity to be an NFL GM.
Please go on record with what RBs from this year's draft will go on to have better careers than Jeanty. Do you feel any are worthy of the Bears drafting in the first (if they trade down) or in the 2nd?
I will just add... Jeanty is possibly being overdrafted. For example, the Jags and Raiders were bottom 10 in yards before contact, meaning, the OL doesn't get good push in the run game. That said, if Jeanty is picked to a bad team, it will limit his ceiling a bit. A guy like Hampton, will almost certainly land in a better situation... or Henderson. I could see the Broncos and Chargers going with RBs, and whoever they draft will be in a golden position. Please go on record with what RBs from this year's draft will go on to have better careers than Jeanty. Can anyone tell me how highly regarded Jeanty was at this time last year?
I'm highly suspicious of players who go into the draft elevated by the hype of their biggest year. The guys I want to see targeted in the first round are ones who follow up a big year with a second or third year that affirms the hype.
Short answer is: Not where he is today. Long answer is partially below. Can anyone tell me how highly regarded Jeanty was at this time last year?

I've said from jump I want a combination of three guys drafted to play offensive and defensive lines. I don't care in which combination they go like Graham Stewart Zabel..... or Banks Booker Pearce not saying that's my prediction of how the draft will fall just tossing out names. Please go on record with what RBs from this year's draft will go on to have better careers than Jeanty. The Bears addressed both sides of the line with veterans this off-season. Are they finished,no.Poles has his man crush and he might trade up to get him. Poles doesn't see these players through the lens of a football player/GM role he sees them like a little kid. He gets excited and he's immature about it.
The Bears need help and depth on both lines and Poles is chasing trends.
I'll watch the vid later today. I want to point out that a day 3 prospect I really like is Ollie Gordon, who is touted as a much better prospect in the too-early rankings that you posted. Kind of goes to my point of one year of hype being something to arise suspicion.Short answer is: Not where he is today. Long answer is partially below.

I must have been out of the loop then because I only heard of Jeanty this past season. And, to be honest, that shouldn't be a shock I'm out of the loop on a lot of college football. I tend to watch more college ball in the off-season to watch the players being hyped for the draft. If I remember correctly the backs talked about for this draft before last season included jeanty, Jaden ott, Ollie Gordon, Judkins and Henderson. At least that's a few names that stick out in my mind
