My favorite teams
That’s sure to help their 31st ranked defense.
Good news, it wasn't Justin Fields fault in Pittsburgh

So….Bears brass was right to avoid this jackass.

I heard Wanny mention that Greg Schiano flew him out to Rutgers for 3 days last year to watch his team practice.
He said what we see that he is tough, more quick than fast and will be playing day 1 for the Bears.
He also mentioned that he believes that they will bring another RB in and run the shit out of the ball.
Its even funnier that many know how deep this draft was at the devalued rb position, and yet they belittle the Monangai pick as just a 7th rounder as if that means he isn't good and therefore another veteran RB is needed. It’s funny how many Bears fans were bashing anyone saying they should select a RB high, but then by round 5 everyone’s losing their minds. Kyle looks damn good with limited injury history and flawless ball handling. This is a really good pick. Maybe Swift will teach him how to catch.
You know this guy will be busting ass in every practice too.
As an add, JK Dobbins would be high risk, high reward. He’s the RB I would target, but there’s no way I’m giving him two years unless the second year has zero guaranteed money.
They might be able to kick a bit of Thuney's money down the road.I still expect them to bring in a RB and for the coaching staff to find the best combination of runners.
There is not enough competition. My guess is that they are about to move around some salary and bring in someone via trade or FA shortly.
If they extend Thuney they will certainly lower his 25 cap hit. They might be able to kick a bit of Thuney's money down the road.
yep, he would have been fun to get in the draft, but not where the Bears could get him. Hampton as the 1 and Swift as the change of pace would have been dynamicSince this is a NFL Draft thread, I liked this post on X. By the way, I think Hampton will be a monster playing for Harbaugh.

Well offloading Moore doesn't make much financial sense next off-season either. It'd be far more practical and cost effective to cut Kmet and Edmunds at that time if you're hard up for cash. Moore is a really productive WR in a league where you field at least three WRs for most of the game.GM's think differently then fans do. Fans want all the talent but GM's have to find ways to save cap space.
Turner is my favorite pick if they intend to get his weight up to around 295 and kick him inside.Turner is going to have a major impact on the Bears defensive front this season. Very quick and disruptive DT.
Yea, he's owed 16, so I figured they could guarantee it all and push ~11 million down.If they extend Thuney they will certainly lower his 25 cap hit.
Wright is a really good player; if he can make the switch to LT, I am all for it.
- Bears second-round pick Ozzy Trapilo served as Boston College’s RT starter in 2023 and ’24. Chicago choosing Trapilo at No. 56 points to him being eyed as a 2026 starter, as LT starter Braxton Jones is in a contract year. Ryan Poles said during a Kap & J-Hood ESPN 1000 interview (h/t ESPN.com’s Courtney Cronin) the Bears will begin Trapilo at LT this offseason, as the team is sufficiently confident Trapilo in Trapilo’s RT seasoning. That opens the door to starter work while Jones recovers from ankle surgery; Chicago’s three-year LT is expected to miss training camp time.

That's what good coaching is for.. I'm sure Bears DL coach is well aware of it..My biggest gripe is his missed tackles. I get that bitching about missed tackles is as common as old people bitching about the weather but it's bad with Turner, he does miss on too many tackles.
