If you look at the visits ( 2025 NFL Draft visits tracker, updates: Full list of every prospect all 32 teams have brought in for meetings )
it looks like a heavy offense draft and Jeanty is a Bear if he falls to us. I'll be amazed if he does.

I've been ignoring the Bears a lot so I don't know the media hype over the visits but you don't bring that player in if you have a policy of no RB in the first no way. You're not wasting his time for an if he falls to the 2nd round.
I would also think if defense was the top pick there would be more top defense in for visits because there's no sure thing for who lasts until #10.

Seems there's only one possibility for defense at #10.

I wouldn't be surprised if Travis hunter is frequently injured in the nfl. He's got a real slender build, has a ton of wear and tear already and played banged up a bit the last couple years I believe.

Also, cam ward is a good qb prospect. Callahan is going to get fired if he goes into this year with the current qb situation. Cam ward is the only real option if he has any say at all and values his job.
He and the GM should be looking at more than 2025

Well Callahan went 3-14 in year 1 and if levis or Brandon Allen is his qb, he'll be fired after year 2. Ward is the only qb in this draft that has talent that could save a HC/GM job. New gm has no commitment to the coach. Real bad situation for Callahan

I watched a lot of UNC games during Maye’s last two years there. In 2023, Hampton was often times the best player on the field. I still can’t see drafting him at 10. I do believe he does go top 20. I don’t think he’ll get past Denver.
I think he's 100% in consideration at 10 if jeanty and Campbell are gone. I'd be okay with it if they followed it up with something like jtt/burch/scourton, savaiinaea and cj west

By the way, I love Burch. I think he would blow up under Dennis Allen and he fits the profile.

How TF do you know that a number of teams will be wanting to trade up for Warren?!?!?!?!?
Colts at #14 got 39 total receptions from 4 different TE's last year, a definite fit, Falcons at #15 very little production from Pitts for the last three years after making him a top 10 pick, another fit. Perhaps Seahawks as well.

As a prospect, Warren has very few flaws in his game, not just as a TE but as weapon. Teams value that.

Yeah, I guess I should say the GM should be.

The coach may pay the price but it’s still better long term for the organization

And I am asking how you know teams would be willing to trade up to get that? Why would a team give up more draft capital to get Tyler Warren?

The Seahawks lost Metcalf, have OL issues.

The Falcons just blew it with Pitts but I guess they reach for a TE again even though they have DL issues, just lost their starting center to the bears.

The colts don't have a fckn QB but they are a team that would need a TE, I just don't see why they would trade up to get one.

Or Colts could stay put and draft Loveland who is better.

Falcons aren't an option. They'll be taking pass rusher almost certainly. Small chance they go cb.

Trading up for a guy who has nothing that separates him from Loveland, the better prospect, would be a poor decision

The Falcons are in no way trading up to draft Warren. It’s not even possible; they are going to draft defense.

Colts got little production from their TE’s because their QB was one of the most inaccurate passers in league history. I really don’t see a team trading up much to draft Warren.

Colts have not had a TE that has been a weapon in their offense since Dallas Clark...............Warren has been mocked there more than any other
team. That offense is bad, and it is not just because of the QB. The cost to move up four spots is not much. You also could argue that Warren is the best receiver in this draft.

The Falcons needed an edge last year also, then took a chance on a QB. Did the Falcons really need a top 10 RB two years ago? This is a team that I can never figure out what the hell they are going to do. The top TE in this draft to help their young QB, I could see it. Falcons are desperate to catch Bucs in a weak division, and desperate teams do desperate things.

Hell, I could easily see Poles/Johnson staying at 10 and drafting Warren if the top two tackles are gone if they feel he is BPA.

I have said that about the Falcons for the last two years, and they have gone offense. With that owner you can never figure out what the hellthey are going to do.

Well, isn't it said that the TE is a bad QB's best friend. I believe Colts are very interested in Warren. Colts only have to trade up 4 picks.
