I totally agree. I wanted Watson or Mahomes. Obviously Watson is struggling right now coming off of a major knee injury... but, Mahomes? Yeah.

Definitely a big contributing factor. However, the amount of overthrows from Mitch is quite concerning.

It's not Nagy's play calling, he is handicapped by his QB. Nagy called a great play call for a slant to Robinson in the redzone and Trubisky threw it behind him.

I’m not ready to call him a bust, he hasn’t played enough games. That said, he’s definitely not ready and he needs to be behind another QB for a year or two.

The game is to big for him right now and you can see it in his eyes. But either way, he’s a long long long ways away. Unless he wakes up one morning soon and it all just clicks for him.
